62^nd INTERNATIONAL FITCE CONGRESS

"Services and Infrastructures Toward Smart Society"

CALL OF PAPERS

On behalf of the TPC committee, FITCE is pleased to launch a call for papers to be presented during the International Congress which will address the theme " Services and Infrastructures towards a Smart Society " which will be held in Athens, Greece on September, 28^th and 29^th, 2023.

Preliminary Programme:

The FITCE Congress will be held over a two-day period, from Thursday, September 28 to Friday, September 29, 2023.

Gala dinner will be served on Thursday evening, September 28.

The General Assembly will take place on Friday, September 29 at 15:00 at OTEAcademy.

Conference session themes

The call for papers will focus on one of the following four specific aspects of the overall theme of the conference:

Session 1: Optical Networks and Infrastructures

Session 2: Advances in the Mobile Network

Session 3: Smart Applications and Internet of Things (IoT) Services

Session 4: Verticals and Services in the Public Sector

Workshop 1: IoT solutions feeling the gap in different sectors

Workshop 2: European Automotive corridors and services

Workshop 3: Robotic applications

General Requirements:

• Abstracts for the sessions must be relevant to the themes of the Congress.
• There is no limit to the number of abstracts that may be submitted by an individual, company, organization, or institution.

Submission of paper and guidelines for oral presentations

Abstracts of presentation should be submitted in Word, or PDF including the following:

• The title of the proposed paper
• The selected sub-theme
• An abstract (300-500 words).
• Key words
• A short biography (50-70 words)
• Name and Affiliation
• Postal address
• Email address

Oral presentation

Each presentation will last 20 minutes. You will be informed of your session reference and the time of your presentation about 2 months before the event.

Workshop

Workshops will be in the format of presentations, posters, panel discussions and booth exhibitions. Each presentation will last 15 minutes
